Saudi Pharmaceutical Industrial & Medical Appliances Corp. has subscribed in 5,830,069 rights issue shares in National Industrialization Company at a total amount of SR 104,941,242. Therefore, the number of shares owned by SPIMACO in NIC have reached 24,171,469 representing 5.25% of NIC's capital.
