The BOD of Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation discussed an offer to acquire a medicine plant put for sale outside the Kingdom by a global company, noting that there is a number of investors who will present counter offers. The company seeks to win this competition in order to expand its business as well as industrial and marketing activities outside Saudi Arabia.
