SPIMACO Acquires all Shares of Saudi Dawakom Company 22/11/2008
Upon the decision of the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly of Saudi Dawakom Company (closed joint stock), held on 18 October 2008, wholly-owned by Saudi Pharmaceutical Industry.& Med. Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) and its subsidiaries that all shares of Dawakom now owned completely by SPIMACO, under the approval of Ministry of Commerce and Industry on the liquidation of the company, and appointed a liquidation body to bring the entire shares to SPIMACO.
