SPIMACO Gets Prince Naif Award for " SAUDISATION"

| Spimaco got the award of His Royal Highness prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz for " Saudization". His Ex. Dr. Saleh Al Omair , the chairman of Board of Directors received the award from his Exc. Minister of Labor Dr. Ghazi Al Qussaibi at the presence of Minister of Social Affairs, Minister of Economics and Planning, chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, a number of businessmen and representatives of many of national companies |

| Dr. Omair explained that obtaining the award is ascribed to adopting an elaborated long-term plan to replace Saudi cadres to expatriates. He added, raising the proportion of Saudization in SPIMACO made it distinguished from other Saudi companies in this field. He also referred that " spimaco " signed an agreement with Human Resourced Fund to persuade the Saudis to work in the Company. He said that in spite of challenges which face jobs nationalization, it will not reduce their enthusiasm to Saudize what they can of jobs. |

| The idea of the award comes out of the concern of the country to increase the contribution of citizens in the comprehensive development and to bear the responsibility to find job opportunities to national labours. 29 winning establishments have been honored in 16 sectors as SPIMACO is considered pioneer in this field. |
