SPIMACO BOARD OF DIRECTORS RECOMMENDS TO INCREASE THE COMPANY CAPITAL TO (SR. 1400 MILLION)

SPIMACO President Dr. Abdullah Al Abdulkader stated that SPIMACO Board of Directors headed by his Exc. Saleh M. Al Khaliwi discussed in its meeting held on 19/6/2007 many of the company investment projects inside and outside the Kingdom and decided applying to the official authorities to increase the company's capital from SR. 600 million to SR. 1400 million.
